At Ayolal (www.ayolal.com), we sell digital goods such as eBooks that are delivered instantly after purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Digital Products – No Cancellation
Once a digital product (e.g., an eBook) has been purchased and the download link has been provided or accessed, the order cannot be canceled. Digital products are considered “used” once accessed or downloaded, and therefore, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. No Refunds
All sales of digital products on Ayolal are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Incompatibility with your device or software
Misunderstanding of the product description
3. Exceptions – Technical Issues
We may consider a refund or replacement only under the following exceptional circumstances:
You were charged but did not receive access to your product
The file is corrupted and cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working version within 3 business days

4. Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please email us within 3 days of the transaction. We will verify the duplicate purchase and may offer a refund for the second charge at our discretion.

If we detect or suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to deny refunds, block access to products, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Although we do not offer refunds for digital goods, we are committed to ensuring you receive the product as described. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any technical problems that occur.
